Frozen Blueberry Smoothie


This recipe is so good you might mistake it as dessert! This recipe can be modified according to the needs, your diet and your preferences. Here is my recipe: 1 scoop vanilla whey protein 1/2 serving natural peanut butter 1/2 serving quick oats (soaked in water for 20 min to soften them) 1 cup frozen blueberries 1cup frozen strawberries Add protein, peanut butter, and quick oats to blender and pulse a few times. then slowly add berries and continue to blend until all berries are added and it's thick, frozen deliciousness.
