Take it from someone who has pretty much done it all over the years. As we get older the focus of what exercise and true fitness has changed. The ability to move, twist, turn, reach, bend, push, pull, get up without issue, run, enjoy your sport/s of choice. And most importantly the ability to just PLAY! Having as much fun as ever!
