6-Week Training Program
With our 6-week training program, you will receive an individual movement screen and personalized motion assessment with a certified instructor. Based on the assessment, the training program will have personalized corrective exercises and 3 training days a week that is designed to progressively re-balance the your body. You'll be able to do them any where, any time. Weekly check-ins with a coach are also included. (NOTE: The program always starts on the Monday following enrollment date).
Pre-Training Assessment
Meet virtually with one of our trainers for a movement screen and assessment to evaluate your movement patterns. With this assessment, we can determine if you have potential risks to injuries or areas that need improved stability or mobility.
Complete Strength & Conditioning Training Program
